On September 15, 2026, the Senate voted 49–50 against invoking cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3633, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act. Official roll call 234 records one senator not voting and a three-fifths threshold. The vote blocked debate at that stage. It was not a final vote on passage of the bill.
