LogosFi opens tokenized-asset evidence testnet with Paysend and Securitize

The company is targeting early 2027 for its first production workflows, while institutions retain their own acceptance decisions.

  • LogosFi announced a testnet on October 19 for a service that helps financial institutions assess evidence about tokenized assets and stablecoins. Paysend and Securitize are the first design partners, and the company is targeting early 2027 for its first production workflows.

The launch at Money20/20 USA concerns the information an institution needs before accepting an asset for custody, lending or payments. Logos says its API lets firms retrieve evidence about rights, backing, custody and restrictions, check that evidence against their requirements and preserve a record of what they relied on.

Paysend is helping shape payment and settlement workflows. Securitize is contributing to workflows for tokenized securities. Logos has also opened ten receiver design partnerships for custodians, lenders and payment institutions.

  • Evidence and the decision

The company's website describes issuers and other evidence providers signing claims within their authority. A check examines the signer, whether the evidence remains current and whether it has been withdrawn. The output is a proof bundle with a recommendation to accept, reject or review.

The institution keeps the acceptance decision and its own policy. Logos's announcement likewise leaves compliance systems and valuation with the participating firm.

That division matters when a token moves between firms with different requirements. A record of a transfer does not establish all the rights, backing and restrictions the receiving institution must assess.

  • The testnet is the current milestone. The early-2027 production target and the design-partner relationships do not establish that the service is already handling live institutional transactions.
